Shipping Policy
Bonoslo.com (operated by CVD AS) ships internationally via DHL Express, and offers domestic delivery within Norway through Posten/Bring and DHL Domestic. Available options are determined automatically based on the delivery zip code entered at checkout.
Orders can also be collected in person at our Bonoslo Concept Store, located at Bygdøy Allé 57, 0256 Oslo.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Norway: 1–4 business days
- Europe: 1–5 business days
- Rest of world: 2–6 business days
Note that delivery estimates may be extended by a few days during high-volume sales periods due to increased order volume.
Customs, Taxes & VAT
Most international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, meaning import duties. local VAT, and customs clearance fees are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link showing the expected delivery window for your address.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your refund — the exact fee (which depends on destination and method) is printed on your return label.

DHL DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
Through our partnership with DHL, you can manage your delivery in transit. After dispatch, you'll get an SMS/email with a link letting you:
- Reschedule delivery to a different day
- Pause delivery temporarily if you won't be home
- Redirect your package to a nearby DHL pickup point
